Accessibility Statement

Mercury Jets wants everyone to be able to plan and book a private flight with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We are working to make this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We review the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet. These include some forms, date pickers, images and older pages, and features provided by third parties, such as live chat and cookie settings.

How we check this website

We test the main pages, including the home page, quote form, empty-leg listings, cost estimator and contact page, in these ways:

  • Automated checks with axe DevTools, Google Lighthouse, and WAVE (WebAIM) to find issues such as missing labels, missing image descriptions, and low color contrast.
  • Keyboard-only testing, to make sure every page and form can be used without a mouse.
  • Screen reader testing with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone.
  • Zoom and mobile testing, at 200% zoom and on small screens, to make sure content can still be read and used.

Book another way

If any part of this website is hard to use, call us at +1 877-359-6732 (toll-free) or +1 212-840-8000, or email info@mercuryjets.com. We provide the same information, quotes, and empty-leg prices available online, and we can take your booking by phone or email.

Assistance on your flight

Let us know what help you need when you request a quote, for example, wheelchair assistance, boarding assistance, a service animal, or medical equipment. We will pass it to the aircraft operator and confirm what the aircraft and airport can provide before you book.

Tell us about a problem

Email info@mercuryjets.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line, and tell us which page you were on and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.
