Phenom 300 Private Charter Flights
The Embraer Phenom 300 is a twin-engine light jet that seats up to 9 passengers with two pilots. It suits small groups on trips of up to about 4 hours, such as New York to Miami or Los Angeles to Denver, and it can use many smaller airports. Coast-to-coast flights usually need a fuel stop. Charter fleets include both the original Phenom 300 and the updated Phenom 300E, covered below.
According to GAMA data published by Embraer in February 2025, the Phenom 300 series has been the world’s best-selling light jet for 13 consecutive years, with more than 830 aircraft delivered.

Phenom 300E Charter
The Phenom 300E is the updated version of the Phenom 300 and the model Embraer builds today. It has a redesigned cabin, Prodigy Touch avionics based on the Garmin G3000, and Pratt & Whitney Canada PW535E1 engines rated at 3,478 lb of thrust each, up from 3,360 lb on the original PW535E.
Embraer describes the 300E as the fastest light jet in production. It is certified for single-pilot operation, and the cockpit adds autothrottle, coupled go-around, runway overrun alerting and an emergency descent mode.
Earlier Phenom 300s have the original avionics and engines, and some carry Embraer upgrades that change their weights. Seat count, range and equipment vary by aircraft, so we confirm the details of the specific jet when we quote. Ask for a 300E if you want the newer cockpit and cabin.

FAQ: Phenom 300
The Phenom 300E flies up to 2,010 nm (about 2,313 miles) nonstop with five occupants and NBAA IFR reserves, according to Embraer. Range on earlier Phenom 300s varies by aircraft. Actual range depends on passengers, baggage and winds, and routes such as New York to Miami are well within it.
About 4 to 5 hours nonstop. This estimate is based on the Phenom 300E’s 2,010-nm range, and the actual flight time depends on load, winds and cruise speed.
According to Embraer, the Phenom 300E needs 3,209 ft for takeoff at maximum weight at sea level on a standard day. Lighter loads need less runway, while hot or high-altitude airports need more.
The Phenom 300E is the updated Phenom 300, with a redesigned cabin, Prodigy Touch avionics and more powerful PW535E1 engines that give it a 464-knot high-speed cruise and 2,010 nm of range. Embraer still builds the 300E, while the original Phenom 300 is no longer in production.
